– Have QuickBooks license but do not have the product code. How to install?
They can pull up your account and review the details of QuickBooks Desktop. Unfortunately, they did not give us any packaging or even tell us what version of QuickBooks the license if for. All the did was give us the laptop and a piece of paper with the License number on it as well as the web address to download QuickBooks. I can’t install the program since it gets stuck at the stage where it is asking for the product number.
We actually already have an older version of QuickBooks Premier on the rest of our computers that we are actively using.
Is there a way to integrate this license with what we already have? I don’t have access to any of the other information needed to find the Product Code for this new License. I have a license number for my account but not a product number. If you bought the software from our website, look in the purchase confirmation email you received from us. You’ll be able to see your license number and product code from there.
